By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Ditto, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from or on behalf of Ditto at the phone number you provide. Messages may include Service-related messages, account or signup assistance, match-related communications, invitations, reminders, updates, and marketing or promotional messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using our Service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data, consent status, or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share this information with service providers who help us deliver and support our messaging program, subject to contractual restrictions requiring them to use it only to provide services to us.
We generally retain personal information to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes.
